Two matching solid pine brackets (and screws) will be included for mounting the shelving unit directly into wall studs for stability and safety, which is especially important if young children will ever be present around the unit.

The brackets will need to be attached to the unit at hexagon positions which line up with wall stud locations, according to the final placement of the unit along the wall.

The brackets are 7/8" thick and extend along the length of a hexagon's upper panel & about 1.5" underneath.  They will be pre-drilled for attaching to the back of the shelving unit, to allow clearance for a baseboard.

If the shelving unit will not be placed in front of a baseboard and will instead be mounted flush to the wall, please notify us so we can make a slightly smaller size bracket.  This style will nest inside the hexagon flush with the back, and will be pre-drilled to attach to the underside of the hexagon's upper panel.

The pieces will be shipped directly to the destination via single vehicle transport, with assistance by the driver in unloading as well as carrying indoors if desired (help will be needed from at least one other person at the location).

The unit will be divided into two sections for transport (upper and lower), to be reconnected through the pre-drilled holes using the provided screws and matching drill bit (unless the shipping carrier may possibly have the cargo space available to fit the unit in one piece).

Most furniture delivery drivers deliver seven days a week between 8 am - 8 pm, since these are single vehicle cross-country transport routes. At the time of shipping, I will let you know the estimated date range for delivery, and then the shipping carrier will contact you directly once they are closer to arriving and can provide a more specific ETA.

* If you'd like to receive your piece by a certain date, please reach out before purchasing. If your preferred timing would be possible given our current workload and average delivery time frames, we can try to help make that happen -- however guaranteed delivery dates are not offered by the shipping method we need to use to protect these unique pieces during transport.

* The delivery driver will need to reach you before delivery so please provide the best contact number(s) for that when placing the order. They will give advance notice of their arrival time so that you can ensure someone will be available to assist and receive an inside delivery during that time. And if there are any specific hours or days of the week/weekend between 8 am - 8 pm when you cannot arrange to receive your piece at the delivery address, please let us know this in the note during purchase as well. Thank you!
