The three custom honeycomb shelving units are configured as shown in the sketch above, and comprised of 30 total hexagons.
M A T E R I A L + F I N I S H
Solid ambrosia maple hardwood with clear non-toxic oil/wax finish (AFM Safecoat Naturals), as shown in the photos of the wood above, and the last image shows the finishing product with description.
Five individual hexagons are stained in ebony and placed within two of the designs as shown in the sketch above.
(The custom pieces with drawers and back panels are included in the photos to show the range of natural variation in the ambrosia wood's color and grain patterns, as well as its appearance under differing lighting conditions).
Lumber thickness is 7/8" along the outer perimeter of the honeycomb structure, and doubled to 1.75" throughout the unit's interior in which all adjacent hexagon panels are joined together.

I N S T A L L A T I O N
Matching solid ambrosia maple brackets (and screws) will be included for mounting directly into wall studs to support the weight of the solid hardwood hanging units.
The brackets will need to be attached to the units at hexagon positions which line up with wall stud locations, according to the final placement of the unit along the wall. Brackets are 7/8" thick and extend along the length of a hexagon's upper panel & about 1.5" underneath.
To install the three hanging designs, we will provide our flush-mount style brackets -- which nest inside the hexagons flush with the back, and are pre-drilled to attach to the underside of a hexagon's upper panel.
* For the designs in your first order: Our standard style bracket for floor-standing units is pre-drilled for attaching to the back of the unit, in order to allow clearance for a baseboard. So if the three floor standing units will not be placed in front of a baseboard and will instead be mounted flush to the wall, please notify us so we can make the correct kind of bracket to enable that.

These designs will need to be divided into two sections each for transport to fit within available cargo space, as well as for easier and more protective handling of the pieces while navigating around obstacles during unloading and carrying.
The sections can be reconnected through the pre-drilled openings using the provided screws and matching drill bit.
When you select Texas as the state for the delivery location at the beginning of the checkout process, the custom shipping rate will be generated for the arrangement to deliver both your orders together.
D E L I V E R Y
The pieces will be shipped directly to the destination via single vehicle transport, with assistance provided by the driver for indoor delivery (help from at least one person on site will be needed for unloading and carrying all the pieces indoors).
Most furniture carriers deliver seven days a week anytime between 8 am - 8 pm, since they are traveling over cross-country transport routes by single vehicle, and will not be in a given area again to enable delayed delivery at another time.
At the time of shipping, I will let you know the estimated date range for delivery, and then the driver will contact you directly once they are closer to arriving and can provide a more specific ETA.
* When placing the order, please provide the best contact number(s) for the driver to reach you before delivery. They will give advance notice of their arrival time so that you can ensure someone will be available to assist and receive an inside delivery during that time.
* Also, if there are any specific hours or days of the week between 8 am - 8 pm when you would not be able to arrange to receive your piece at the delivery address, please let us know this as well. Thank you!
